Flexibility & Fitness Class - Fall 2011 Session runs Oct. 13th until Nov. 17th
Through the use of common yoga poses, athletic stretches and aerobic exercises, increase your flexibility and tone your body!
Bring your own mat, water and towel. Mats will be available for $1 per class.
The class will run from 45 minutes to an hour long on Thursday nights at 7pm. 6 week session is $60.
