Tai Chi – Yang style.

Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise everyone can do.  Millions of people, old and young, practice tai chi in China daily and its popularity is growing in the West as well. Its origin dates back to around 2700 B.C. in the time of the Yellow Emperor.  At first, like many martial arts, it was practiced in secret and it was past down family lines. Since then the art has gone though many transformations.

The martial art became known for its therapeutic attributes and its ability to release chi (the universal life force) and gain good health.
