Students wishing to join must contact the Dojo and will be asked to complete a Membership Application.
Advancementin the art is achieved through periodical testing of techniques. A colored emblem/belt system is employed to distinguish different levels. Class attendance, proficiency and attitude play a major role in advancement.
Students are also required to purchase their own weapons: bokken, jo staff and tanto.
